All orders require a processing time of 24 to 48 business hours.

$150 minimum order for stock merchandise with 6-ea. Minimum per style/team/design. Due to possible Tariff Increases, Prices are subject to change without notice. (Rev. 08/2018) There will be longer lead times if 6 pieces or less per style is ordered. All orders are subject to a 5% overage or shortage – Exact Quantities are NOT guaranteed.

Shipments within the State of Florida will require a signed (current year) Florida Resale Tax Certificate mailed or faxed prior to the shipment of the order. Failure to supply this information requires, by law, to apply subsequent tax rates.

Shipping Information

Any orders placed before 12:00pm EST. should ship the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 pm should ship the following business day ** Special Restrictions May Apply. No guarantee, pending seasonal business, trade shows, etc..

MERCHANDISE SHIPPING VIA ANOTHER MEANS OR ON 3RD PARTY BILLING WILL INCUR A $5.00 HANDLING FEE
FEDEX GROUND SHIPMENTS WILL INCUR A $15.00 HANDLING FEE PER SHIPMENT.
Requests to ship USPS will incur postage PLUS handling and/or insurance fees.

UPS is our preferred carrier for small shipments.

FOB: Sanford, Florida - Freight is prepaid and added to the invoice total unless otherwise specified. 3rd party or bill receiver is also available but could incur a handling fee.

Claims or Returns

Claims must be reported in writing within seven (7) days of receipt of an order or Capsmith, Inc, will not be held responsible.Capsmith, Inc. must issue a return merchandise authorization number (RMA). No returns after 30 days of receipt of an order. Returned Merchandise Authorization # will be issued on the authorized users account. Unauthorized returns with no RMA # will be refused.

Returned Merchandise, unshipped, canceled orders, etc. will be assessed a 15% restocking fee.
Capsmith, Inc. will not be responsible for damaged shipments. Be sure 100% sure when you sign for a deliver via UPS, FEDEX, USPS, or Trick Line, that the box count is correct, no damages to any packages, torn wrap on packages, etc. If damages are noticed sure to note on signature pad or BOL before signing.
